In case you haven’t been following along with the Crossfit Games, they have officially released the first team and individual workouts on the website. You can read about it here: http://games.crossfit.com/features/event-1-announced.
For time:
210-meter ocean swim
Run 1,500m in soft-sand
50 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
100 hand release push-ups
200 Squats
Run 1,500m in soft-sand
We may have the largest CF box in NJ, but there is no chance we’ll be copying that workout.
There will probably be some angry people that the first workout is being held off-site, but I’m not one of them. Fortunately for me I will be staying 5 minutes from Santa Monica Beach so I won’t miss a thing. I’ll make sure to keep everyone updated.
