I regulary work-out at the gym (strenght training and cardio). I recently heard about Corssfit, and would like to get an introduction to the program. I love challenge, and would like to test my limits.
Thanks!

Welcome Lauren. We strength train while mixing in metabolic conditioning, what many call “cardio.” We would love for you to stop by, check out a workout and see if it is in fact, for you! We offer intro classes almost everyday—-check out the schedule link and let me know when a good time is for you!

Well Dolph thank you for the intro. Van and I are hooked! You owe me a few gallons of water that we left in your “box”
