Winter Fitness League:  December to February

• Beginning Saturday December 3rd, 2011
• Start times: Saturday 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 AM or Monday 6:30 and 7:30 PM
• Cost: $5 per week
• Two divisions:  “Scaled” and “RX”
• open to all members and non-members
• Prizes to be announced
• The full details of each WOD are a secret but some hints will be given.

Twelve Days of Christmas – Toys 4 Tots Fundraiser

• Saturday December 10th, 2011.
• Doors open at 7 Am
• In keeping with a tradition that began in 2009 we will be challenging ourselves to complete the “Twelve Days of Christmas” WOD.
• All members are encouraged to bring an unwrapped new toy for donation to Toys for Tots.
