I am 60 yrs old and in fairly good shape as I have stayed very active. I am interested in CrossFit and have been easing my way into the Paleo diet. How does crossfit work for someone my age? I’m not sure I could do all the different exercises that you do. Can you explain a little more about how I can utilize your regimen at my age?

Hello Deborah. We will replace the exercises you can’t do with ones you can, giving you the same kind of workout. Crossfit is all about programming, therefore allowing us to attract a wide range of individuals.

Hi,
I am pretty interested in the on the ramp program, but I’m a little confused as to how it works. If you sign up for the 4 month thing and you have unlimited workouts, those are without trainers right?
Do you just come in and do what you’re supposed to do?

Hi its the 1st time i seen crossfit on tv the 2011 games. I’m 43 and 5.9/ 230 over wght but like to know more about the program. And see if i can do it to get fit for the first time im my life.

Hello! I am a member of Crossfit CDR in Redlands, CA but will be visiting family in your area during the last week of February. Is it possible to come train at your box during that time? I just started crossfit a month ago and am seeing great results so I’d hate to lose my momentum. Thx!
