Crossfit Kids is the principle strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary physical education program for many home schools and charter schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Our program delivers a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. CrossFit Kids is universally scalable making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or age.
Class Schedule:
Pre-School (3-6) Monday/Wednesday 4:30-5:00pm
Kids (6-12) Monday/Wednesday 5:00-5:30pm
Teens (12-18) Monday/Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm
Families Saturday 11:30am
Membership options:
(1) $100 for 10 drop-ins (can be used anytime)

(2) $80 per month for unlimited training sessions
