  1. Awesome newsletter! It makes me miss the box so much. Keep up the great work, and looking forward to getting back into a regular schedule once CF Nassau opens up.

    Now if only we could get the long interesting posts back on a regular basis. . .

    Here’s a topic – if you had to stay in a room until you finished all of them, which would you rather do: 500 burpees, 500 thrusters (75/95) or 500 wall ball (14/20). Why?
