I want to see people focus on keeping good form/balance and pushing themselves to try more challenging weights/movements. There is no time element to today’s workout, but lets keep up the intensity. This has been a great week!!
Warmup: With a Partner
- 30 med. ball tosses over pullups bars.
- 30 med. ball chest passes (5-10 ft away)
- 30 med. ball over/unders
- 30 med. ball twists (standing back to back)
rest and repeat
Then:
“Javorek DB Complex”
6 reps of each movement x 3 sets of increasing weight (@ 15#, 20#, 25#)
-Hi-pull (from floor) +
-Bent-over Row (back parallel to floor, strict) +
-Hang Clean +
-Thruster +
-OHS & SOTS Press combo +
Push-up with One-arm Row (keep hips square to floor, isolate pull)
Finish:
-Frog Hops (2 minutes: 30 secs work / 30 secs rest)
-Mountain Climbers (same)
-tuck jumps (same)
rest and repeat
