Warmup: coach’s choice

WOD:
225 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
Handstand walk 21 meters
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Handstand walk 15 meters
225 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
Handstand walk 9 meters

*Sub one handstand against a wall for each meter

  1. The 5am class opened a few cans of whoop ass today! What a WOD! Great work everyone. Never fear the unknown…attack it head on.

  2. It was Joey Dill day and we kicked some ass!!! Me and Lats hit the WOD with 275 deads !! The walking on your hands part I used the wall for two and walked on my hands for the last one. Not very graceful but no bad for the first time ever in my life!

  3. What’s a good deadlift sub? Corner rows?

  4. Nick- why can’t you deadlift? Very difficult to think of a good replacement without knowing your issue.
