I literally just (4:30am) got home to Hamilton from Los Angeles thanks to a two hour delay at LAX. Needless to say I’m a little tired, but I’m ready to coach the 5 and 6 am classes and I can’t wait to train myself. Work hard today and make no excuses. ~ Anthony
